DISCLOSURE OF LAW N. 196/2003 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Under Articles . 10:13 D. Lgs.del 30 June 2003 . 196 , that
provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing
of personal data, we provide the following information.
The information you provide will be treated in compliance with the principles of
correctness , lawfulness , transparency and protection of your privacy and
Rights.
Pursuant to Article 10 of the said law to inform you that the
treatment they intend to carry on personal data has the purpose
strictly connected and instrumental to the fulfillment of the activities required
and in particular: a) inclusion of your personal data in our
archives; b ) treatment of the same for purposes related to the activities
request.
Your personal data will also be processed manually and with the help
electronic instruments by duly authorized persons .
The holder of the treatment, the Customer may contact to assert
Rights as provided for in Article 13 of Law No. 196/ 2003
which for your convenience:
Article 13 – Rights of
1 – In relation to the processing of personal data concerning him
entitled :
a) to know , through free access to the register referred to in Article
31 , paragraph 1, letter a), the existence of personal data that can
concern;
b) to be informed of what is on the provisions of art . 7 , paragraph 4,
letters a), b ) and h ) ;
c) to obtain from the owner or the person responsible , without delay:
1) confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him,
even if not yet recorded, and communication in an intelligible form
of such data and their origin , the logic and purpose
on which it is based; the request may be renewed , unless there
are justified reasons, after not less than 90 days ;
2 ) the cancellation , transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data
in violation of the law, including those which need not be the
kept for the purposes for which the data were collected
or subsequently processed;
3) the updating , rectification or , where interested therein , integration
of the data;
4 ) certification that the operations mentioned in items 2 ) and 3) have been
brought to the attention , also as regards their content, of those
to whom the data were communicated or distributed, except in the case where
this requirement proves impossible or involves a use of means
manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
d) to oppose, in whole or in part , for legitimate reasons , the processing of
personal data , even if pertinent to the purpose of
collection;
e) to oppose , in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data
concern , for purposes of sending advertising material or commercial
advertising or direct sales or for carrying out research
market or interactive commercial communication and to be informed by
holder , not later than the time at which the data is communicated or disseminated,
the possibility of freely exercising this right .
2 – For each request referred to in paragraph 1, letter c) , number 1) , can
be asked if not confirmed the existence of
data concerning him, a fee not exceeding the costs
actually incurred, in the manner and within the limits laid down
Regulation referred to in Article 33, paragraph 3 .
3 – The rights referred to in paragraph 1 in relation to personal data concerning
deceased persons may be exercised by anyone who is interested.
4 – In the exercise of the rights referred to in paragraph 1 subject may grant,
writing, by delegation or proxy to physical persons or associations
5 – The regulations on the professional secrecy of the
profession of journalism, the only strength of the news.
